How long does a contract review typically take? +

Most standard commercial agreements of 10–25 pages are reviewed within three to five working days. Longer or more complex documents may take an additional day or two. We confirm the turnaround before accepting the instruction.

Do you rewrite the contract as part of a review? +

The Contract Review & Practical Advisory service is designed to inform your negotiating position. We mark up the draft with tracked changes and provide a cover memorandum, but we do not produce a wholesale redraft unless you engage us for the Bespoke Drafting service.

What types of commercial agreements do you work with? +

Supply agreements, distribution appointments, services contracts, software licences, consulting arrangements, non-disclosure agreements, shareholder and joint venture terms, and settlement documentation. If you are uncertain whether your document falls within scope, contact us and we will advise promptly.

Are your fees fixed or based on hourly billing? +

All three services are fixed-fee as stated. For particularly lengthy or complex documents that fall outside the standard scope, we will quote an adjusted fee before commencing work. There are no hidden charges.
